Just a quick update for all our guests regarding Airbnb pricing 👇

We’ve now switched over to Airbnb’s new pricing structure from today.

Airbnb have moved to a single service fee charged to hosts instead of splitting fees between host and guest. To keep things fair and consistent, we’ve adjusted our pricing to reflect this.

What this means for you:

• The price you see is now clearer with fewer added extras
• The overall cost to stay should remain very similar
• No hidden increases from our side, just a change in how it’s shown
• We still only control our base price, not Airbnb’s fees

Our aim, as always, is to keep things simple, transparent and good value.
