Following our post yesterday about our friend the woodpecker, we continue on an ornithological theme, as we had an unexpected visit from this beautiful tawny owl! All of us were rather astonished to find ourselves in each other’s company when he fell in through the chimney... what a lovely surprise it was. He was very calm and we promptly guided him outside, back to the woods. We hope he won’t make the same mistake of falling asleep on the chimney pot again! 🦉
