Congratulations to Senior Sous Chef Matthew Lowry on 15 years with us! 🎉

Matthew has been part of The Spa Hotel team since the very beginning, joining when the hotel first opened its doors. Over the past 15 years, he has become an integral part of the kitchen team, helping deliver the high standards and exceptional dining experiences our guests know and love.

As Senior Sous Chef, Matthew not only supports the day to day running of the kitchen but is also passionate about mentoring younger team members. He finds great reward in watching them grow in confidence, develop their skills, and progress into talented chefs in their own right.

Thank you, Matt, for your dedication, hard work, and commitment over the years. We’re incredibly grateful to have you as part of the team. 👏

At the heart of the spa’s day-to-day operations, Kim ensures every detail is carefully considered, creating a seamless experience for both guests and team. She particularly enjoys connecting with guests and bringing a sense of calm to the spa environment.

As a Brand Ambassador for ishga Skin Care, Kim also represents the brand at special events throughout the year, including supporting ishga at the Women’s Golf in Lytham.
