Preston Punks (1976 - 1982) Were you a Preston punk in the late 70's - early 80's, or do you recognise someone who was? Were you a Preston punk in the late 70's - early 80's? location 3.

Did you hang out at the Palace Cafe, Cenotaph, The Warehouse, The Sun Hotel, Dog & Partridge, Gaiety Bar, Jalgos, Toms tavern, or spend a Saturday getting kicked out of as many cafes as possible....? If so then this is the page for you! If you have photos to add, anything fom 1977 to 1884 ish email them to [email protected] and I'll add them to the relevant folders. Please provide as much info as

possible ie location, date, names of persons in photo

CAN YOU HELP - Do you recognise anyone shown here? If so please PM/contact me. In 1980 I was an art student, I took photographs in Preston town centre of young people for a final year project. The photographs formed an exhibition at Grundy House Museum. I’ve already found many people from the pictures, now taking new photographs for a new exhibition.

"Sorry to announce the passing of Mark Halsall yesterday, his funeral is at Preston Crematorium on Monday 17th August, at 1.30pm. Then a celebration of his life at the Hilltop Brasserie in Longridge, formerly Dog Inn, at the top of Berry Lane. 🧷🙏✝️🎵"

I love that Action Records gets a mention.

I've been told today that my artwork in the Harris exhibition has been sold. Not sure who has bought it but delighted all the same.
