THANK YOU Shout Out

To my friend, Grace, for introducing my last guests - a family with pooch - who texted me to say they so enjoyed their stay.

My thanks to those guests who left Posh Paws spotless.

My unending gratitude to BFF Avril who gave up her valuable time this morning to help me make up all the beds and hoover, dust and polish so that my next guests - a family with a pooch - get to stay in clean and very comfortable accommodation.

Another happy guest.

Dudley the beautiful retriever came with his humans and stayed at Post Paws.

Wow - this is what it is all about.

Guests were perfect - left the caravan spotless - the bed had been slept in but other than that you wouldn't know there had been guests.

The note in my Visitor Book is so appreciated.

When you walk in after a guest has gone to a clean and tidy caravan and then find the loveliest words in your Visitor Book - it is wonderful.

The 'glitch' was the shower tray cracked and needed to be temporarily fixed before a new tray was installed last Friday - and braced to avoid another 'glitch'.

I will get a cheese grater - I love it when guests mention 'I wish' - I can improve the 'home from home' promise.

Thankfully my lovely guests make a molehill out of a mountain!

I received a text early this morning asking if I knew that the shower tray was cracked? EEK - NO. Told them I would get onto it immediately.

Telephoned our super Owner Services and they sent a maintenance man down within half an hour. The shower tray needs to be replaced - and braced underneath (which I mentioned when they put the new one in a couple of months ago but that is a different story).

They are going to silicone the crack as temporary repair to last until Friday when my current guests leave. They will then put a new tray in and brace it. thankfully my next guest don't arrive until Monday afternoon.

My guests have been absolutely fabulous. So understanding and nice about the whole thing. As a thank you to them and to compensate them for the inconvenience (they can't shower until tomorrow lunchtime) I have refunded £50 immediately.

They are well pleased - and I can rest easy. I know things happen at the wrong time in the wrong place - but that is life. It's putting it right in the right way that counts.
