So busy this month and next, but lovely seeing more returning guests this year!

January 8th and the grass has just been cut!! Unbelievable! The clematis is in flower, as are the wallflowers and celandines! Crazy weather!

very unseasonal weather! The wallflowers are in bloom!! The grass is so green it hurts your eyes! The fields next to us are bright green too- I wonder what they are growing?
A week tomorrow it will be Christmas Day!

November has begun with misty mornings and sunny afternoons-not bad!!

One more week of October-and the sun is shining, the leaves are falling and it's time to go and rake them off the lawn!! A job and a half here!!

One more set of guests before we close for two months R&R!!
But we will still be gardening, doing some decorating etc, no peace for the wicked!!

Now it's September! The leaves are beginning to turn, the mornings are all misty, the grass sparkles with diamond dew,and there's an autumnal feel to the air!

A few days R&R next week, it's been non-stop for the last three months!

Very busy June and July, lots of lovely guests from all over the world! We are into our 9th year doing this, it was supposed to be a hobby!!
The field at the back has just been harvested-I hope they don't decide to muck-spread!!
