Bryn Noddfa rests in the welcoming village of Morfa Nefyn, along the idyllic Llyn Peninsula in North We are currently taking bookings for 2022.

In the short term, we are continuing to let the property as a large holiday let. Over the years, we have often looked for something of this size at an affordable price for a large family gathering or for a group of friends. Our longer term plans is to re-open Bryn Noddfa as restaurant with rooms. We have a few guest chefs lined up to help us launch by offering some pop-up dining experiences. Once Covid is no longer a significant concern we look forward to to opening the bar and restaurant for locals and visitors to the area. Mae'r haul yn sicr yn disgleirio'r wythnos yma ac felly mae Huw wedi dewis pryd arbennig â thema Groegaidd: sgiwer/cebab oen wedi'i farinadu wedi'i weini gyda salad cwinoa, dresin mintys, a bara gwastad. Mae'r salad tiwna wedi'i serio â chramen sesame bellach wedi dod yn ychwanegiad rheolaidd at fwydlen y penwythnos hwn.

The sun is definitely shining this week and so Huw has gone for a Greek themed special: marinated lamb skewer/kebab served with a quinoa salad, mint dressing, and flatbread. The sesame crusted seared tuna salad has now become a regular addition for this weekend menu.

We are fully booked on Thursday night, but do still have tables available on Friday and Saturday.

The sun is not shining, so it must be August! That doesn’t matter as there is always a warm welcome at Bryn Noddfa.

We are open for dinner as usual from 6pm Tuesday to Saturday. This weekend’s special will be confit chicken thighs served with grilled courgette, feta and honey salad, which will be available as well as the sesame crusted seared tuna salad special that has been so popular for the last two weekends.

Rhedodd y salad tiwna wedi'i serio â chrwst sesame allan mor gyflym nos Sadwrn diwethaf nes i ni orfod addo ei gynnig eto nos Wener a nos Sadwrn yma. Gan nad oedd Jon wedi meddwl am dynnu unrhyw luniau, bydd yn rhaid i chi ddod i weld beth yw'r holl ffws.

The sesame crusted seared tuna salad special ran out so quickly last Saturday that we had to promise to offer it again this Friday and Saturday. As Jon didn’t think to take any photos, you’ll have to come see what all the fuss is about.

Last weekend’s Thai green prawn curry was very popular so we have decided to continue that theme this weekend. The special will be sweet and sour fried chicken with egg fried rice and prawn crackers.

Great news! We will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday each week throughout the summer. The hake fillet with puttanesca has been an instant hit.

Dyma'r wythnos olaf ar gyfer y fwydlen gyfredol, a pryd arbennig y penwythnos yma fydd y cyw iâr Tuscan poblogaidd: cyw iâr ar wely o tagliatelle mewn saws parmesan, tomato a hufen. Mae'n paru'n dda gyda gwinoedd coch a gwyn, er y byddwn yn argymell rosé yn y tywydd yma.

It is the last week for the current menu and the special this weekend will be the ever popular Tuscan chicken: chicken breast on a bed of tagliatelle in sauce of parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and cream sauce. It pairs well with both red and white wines, though I would recommend a nice summery rosé.
