Just had a bowl of curried parsnip soup made from scratch. The sweetness of the snips coupled with the heat of the curry spices was heavenly ! I would show you a picture of it but there is none left.
Yesterday I made steamed broccoli then topped with Red Leicester cheese and squishing it flat and roasting it in my tower air fryer .
Can be eaten as is or coupled with meat.
You can also roll Brussels sprouts in oil and chilli then roast In air fryer until slightly burnt .
Soooooooooo good…

I am grateful for my home, my friends , my family near and far, my furry children. I am grateful for my eternal youth, the abundance of spiritual , emotional and material wonders in my life. I feel blessed in my improving health and opening mind as I learn new things and express my creativity . I wish for others love, good health and material abundance for the new year! Blessings !
