We're Hiring – Holiday Let Cleaner & Property Support Assistant (Self-Employed)
Location: Thanet, Kent
Hours: Mainly 11:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility required)

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to join our friendly team at Adliv Host, a holiday let management company looking after high-quality properties across Thanet.
This role is ideal for someone with previous holiday let, hotel or serviced accommodation cleaning experience who has an excellent eye for detail and takes pride in leaving every property to the highest possible standard.
While this is predominantly a cleaning role, it also includes supporting our Property Manager with a range of operational tasks to ensure every property is guest-ready.
What You'll Be Doing
• Completing deep cleans of our holiday let properties.
• Carrying out quality inspections after our contracted cleaning teams have finished.
• Touching up or rectifying any areas that don't meet our standards.
• Delivering and collecting clean linen between properties.
• Assisting with laundry when required.
• Restocking guest amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Reporting maintenance or housekeeping issues.
• Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Working closely with our contracted cleaning companies to maintain consistently high standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous professional cleaning experience, ideally in holiday lets, hotels or serviced accommodation.
• Has exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Is reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Has a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
• Is physically fit and happy lifting linen bags, carrying supplies and regularly using stairs.
• Has a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
• Is flexible and able to work weekends and Bank Holidays, particularly during peak season.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
• Uses initiative and takes pride in solving problems before guests arrive.
Working Hours
The role is mainly between 11:00am and 4:00pm, although some flexibility is essential depending on guest arrivals, departures and business needs.
