What do you like playing most? Tennis, Golf or Football?
Did you know that our local village of Ravenstonedale has all 3?
So bring your clubs or rackets, pop some change in the honesty box and have fun!!
Next to the tennis court is a great childs play area so the kids can have fun if tennis is not their thing.
Or play football, which is right behind the Kings Head pub for after-game refreshments!

What are your favourite board games to play on holiday??
We have just created a games room at Street Farm, so you now can compete against friends and family in pool, darts and even have an arcade game challenge!
We have a few board games in there too (including Twister - when did you last play that?!) , but I would like to get a few more. It would be great to know what you all like playing. Please comment below with your favourite ones!

Street Farm Cottages offer an attractive twist for gathering your family and friends together in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There are five adjoining properties which can sleep between 2 and 14 guests and when all 5 are booked together we can accommodate up to 29 guests. There is plenty of space for all to socialise in the main Farmhouse, but then everyone can also escape to the peace and quiet of their own space. We also have several downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms for those who find it harder to get upstairs.
Each property offers a unique blend of flagged floors, exposed stone walls and oak trusses combined with power showers, contemporary interiors and crisp white linen. All the mod cons you need with plenty of character thrown in.
🛏️ Sleeping up to 29 over 11 bedrooms and 5 properties. 4 downstairs bedrooms (3 of them ensuite). Mixture of single and Kingsize beds.

We would be hugely grateful if you could sign this petition. National Highways are proposing to close J38 (Tebay) on the M6 one way for 4 years, whilst they refurbish the bridges along the Lune Gorge.
We completely support the much needed works on the bridges, but closing our junction for 4 years will effectively cut off our community, and make it much harder for our guests to visit.
There is a valid proposal requesting for temporary slip roads to be built for the duration of the works.
We need as much support as possible to show how important this is…. So if you can spare 20 seconds to sign we’d super duper appreciate it.
