Our diary is nearly full but we do a few dates remaining November/ December 🌊🌅🔥🧖‍♀️

✨We’ve been awarded with 4* Gold award 🥇 from Visit England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (renewed just last week)

We sleep 4 🛌 (Bedroom 1- superking bed which can be split into two singles, Bedroom 2- Double bed)

Double sided log burner 🔥🪵

4 seater hot tub 🛁

Fluffy Robes & slippers provided 🧖‍♀️🧖

Pet friendly 🐾🐶

Sea view 🌊

Glass wishing well 🪙

Welcome hamper 🥚🍞🥛

Utility (includes seperate toilet, washer & drier) Also perfect for storage of fishing gear, surf boards, bikes etc

We are also right on the Cleveland way for the perfect walks

We are literally a stone throw from beach, and 2 minutes walk from the nearest bars, restaurants & shops.

What a busy beautiful summer we’ve had so far, we’ve had a few messages recently regarding dates for stays..

We literally only have two stays available from now until November 🙈

We've had lots of people asking about availability recently, so here's a quick update. 😊
We're fully booked until the end of September (thank you so much for all your support!) but we still have some lovely dates available from October onwards.

We are delighted to say that we are now almost fully booked right through until October! A huge thank you to all of our wonderful guests for your continued support ❤️

We have just one short break remaining in September:

Looking ahead, we still have some availability throughout October, November and December, making it the perfect time to plan an autumn escape or cosy winter getaway. 🍂❄️
