6 weeks in plaster for a broken leg? We would take the time for it to heal before we started walking again.

Why can’t we why don’t we do the same for our mental health ?

Take time for yourself and just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t need the same love and care as a broken leg.

I provide a safe confidential space for you to think, process, understand be understood and give your mind the care it deserves.

Why not book a free 20 minute appointment to see if therapy is for you or if I am the right person to support you.

Please do message if you have any questions at all

Thanks Rob
