Another successful client consultation!

Casual setting (and yes... coffees are on me 😉) a good brainstorm, strategic solutions and, most importantly, actual outcomes and a plan.

This 4-hour Business Support consultation focused on four areas the client was trying to figure out. They could absolutely do the work themselves, but moving from pen and paper to a more digital, efficient and quicker way of working was what they are looking for.

So, we worked through it together.

By the end of the session, we'd already tackled one of the issues and put a new process in place.

I'm now working with them on SOPs and a deeper data organisation issue, creating processes that will work for them now and give them a solid foundation when they're ready to bring someone into the business to take on these tasks.

Sometimes you don't need someone to do it all for you. You just need someone to help you work out the best way forward.

..well, almost!

If you work in events, you'll know planning starts now.

While most people are making the most of summer, we're already looking ahead to Q4 and festive parties.

Last night, I was invited along to the STACK Newcastle Christmas Showcase for a first look at everything they have on offer for the festive season, and it certainly didn't disappoint.

It was fantastic to see the venue dressed for Christmas and get a feel for the atmosphere they'll be creating this festive season. The Grinch 100% helped towards this of course! 😂

As an Event Manager, I love taking the time to experience venues in real life. It means I can confidently recommend spaces that not only look great but also deliver the right atmosphere, entertainment and experience for my clients.

A huge thank you to Kate and the team for the invitation and for such a brilliant evening. and to Charlotte for joining me.

Last week I welcomed a new client for a two-hour 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Their business is built around delivering event experiences, but like many business owners, they had lots of ideas, lots of opportunities and weren't quite sure which direction to take first.

So, we grabbed a coffee got everything out on the table and spent two hours doing what I love most... good old-fashioned brainstorming, challenging ideas and turning thoughts into a clear plan.

Together we explored:
• Where the business is now.
• Their ideal clients and routes to market.
• How to position their event experience more effectively.
• Opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
• Their customer journey from enquiry through to booking.
• The actions that would have the biggest impact over the coming months.

Where has the year gone!? 🤯
