This is a working, arable, farm. Harvesting during May & August.

There are dogs and cats here. Anybody with allergies or a dislike for animals are advised not to book.

A large garden for customers to sit and relax or to eat meals in.

The B&B caters for adults only (no children under 18)

No smoking or Va**ng in the house or grounds if there are other customers.

Parking for motorcycles is situated on the farm, in a locked barn.

The barn has electricity and tools for any emergency repairs, power washer and compressor to inflate tyres (a small cost to cover leccy etc)

Hot or cold Breakfast

Eggs from the free range hens (and a duck if she lays)

Local produce as and when it can be obtained.

Organic milk from a local farm.

An evening meal can be provided but alcohol must be guests own.

People with food allergies are probably safer not to book as catering for your needs will not be possible.
