We will soon close for a few weeks, but we are currently arranging home visit meetings for end of August/writ September for new hosts looking to trial before Christmas/in the New Year.

The diary is filling up fast, please get in touch to arrange a home visit slot to discuss hosting students in greater detail 😁

We will be sending out information via WhatsApp on how to express an interest in hosting on particular dates. Expressing an interest in dates does not guarantee hosting as it's all dependant on how many host spaces are available and how many students we have that week. We will, as always, endeavour to be as fair to all hosts as possible

We have just received the final confirmed numbers for summer language stay no 3 arrriving on Wednesday 12th August. We will be contacting everyone interested directly, but if you haven't heard please give us a call today as we are preparing our list for the agents x

First group of the 26/27 season update-

We have a Hungarian group booked to come into Redhill on 14th September staying for 4 nights.

They students are 12-14 years old. As some are younger they are travelling with thier parents, so we have 9 mums and 3 dads in the group. It's an unusual forbus, but this is a huge trip for them - the break down is below

-Mum, Dad and Daughter - 1 lactose free: min 1 room with a double and single beds

-Mum and Daughter - daughter milk protein, mother milk protein, gluten allergy, and vegetarian): min 1 room 2 beds

-Mum and son- both no milk/dairy: min 1 room 2 beds

-Mum, Dad and 2 adult daughters (21 & 23, both lactose free) - min 2 rooms, 1 double and 2 twin

-Head teacher and her husband

All adults are paid at the adult rate of £31.50p/n and the allergies are paid at £5 extra supplement per day

Language stay availability for next week ...

We have had 3 hosts who had put their names down to host on our language school next week now become unavailable.

Please get in touch if you can accomodate 2 students for 14 nights from Wednesday 29th July.

They need to be dropped at 8am each morning to either Redhill station or The Carrington School. Then collected at 7pm each evening from Redhill station.

They are between 12-16 years old and are sent by thier parents to study English and experience British culture. They have lessons for 3 hours each day (at the Carrington School) then visit in London in the afternoon.

Rhe students will have a family day with you on Sunday 2nd August, will need full board (as usual), they stay in groups of 2 students per host family and we allow car sharing between hosts who live in the same area, as long as pre arranged through us.

Our first summer 2 week language school was a success... amazing leaders (as pictured) and the students all enjoyed the amazing facilities at East Surrey College for thier morning lessons held by our brilliant English Teachers. Then fun filled, actoon packed afternoons and weekends in London.

Thanks to the lovely host families for accommodating the students, they all went back to France knowing more about British culture and with a higher level of English language skills 😘

We have just received the final numbers for our summer language school No2 (29th July for 14 nights), we will be contacting hosts who showed availability in hosting this group over the next day or so 🥳

Language Stay two update- 29th July 14 nights

We have hust had confirmation that the cut of date for students to book in for the course will be 15th July.

This means that we will expect the final student list set to us by the agents in France then. As soon as it's received we will message all hosts who have expressed availability for hosting to confirm those who have been allocated students

Update on Language stay-

For our language stay one, arriving on Wednesday 1st for 14 nights. Unfortunately the numbers have been lower than the agent originally booked, so we are unable to offer hosting to 4 host families for that stay. It's a bit of a blow for all of us 😓

The allocations for hosts were on a first come first served basis, for fairness.

Even though it's out of our control, as an apology from us, if any of those hosts who wanted to host but can't, are available for language stays two (29th July) or three (12th August) we will prioritise you on those lists
