When you’re in the West, it gets dark just that little bit later. And on an evening like this, it’s easy to forget the time.

Getting outside to take in the fresh air, watch a beautiful sunset and listen to the birds feels like a privilege. If you’re lucky you may even spot our barn owl.

Studies show that in order to relax, the best colour to surround yourself with is green.

So if your holiday needs to be about relaxing and resetting, our little luxury countryside cottage retreat in Cornwall is just perfect. Of course, if you also need a bit of blue sea, yellow sand and orange sunsets thrown in, all those are very close too.
