One of our raised beds in the back garden was looking rather tired. Despite the cold and a small snow flurry we all worked together to replace the frame and replant it.

With LOTS of walks on your doorstep Reepham is the ideal place to stay if you enjoy the countryside. This afternoon we explored Booton Common, the fields towards Cawston and back along the Marriotts Way - a disused railway line, a very popular and easy walk.

Fancy a boxing day seal spotting trip? We did, look who we found! We also visited Norfolks most remote house, built in 1835 the Watch House was built by HMRC to watch over Blakeney point for smugglers. After many years in fell into disrepair and was abandoned, rumour has it the smugglers found it very handy for storing goods!!! Nowadays the Watch House is available to hire, but with no running water, no electricity and a 90 minute walk over a shingle beach you'll be better off staying with us instead.
