Our staff at The Boot are incredible and this has not happened by accident- Gemma leads a team with compassion and support which makes The Boot not just a fantastic venue to dine and stay at but also to work at.
With over 10 years service at The Boot, it is no wonder Gemma knows it like the back of her hand, and she does what she does so well. Our staff at The Boot are a tight knit family and those who leave for University are rarely gone very long!
