🌒 Fancy watching tomorrow’s solar eclipse from one of the best places in the UK? ✨
We still have a few spaces available at Elan Oaks for anyone looking for a last-minute getaway with a difference!
Tomorrow evening, Wednesday 12 August, a spectacular solar eclipse will be visible across the UK – and the Elan Valley has been named one of the very best places in the country to experience it, with Craig Goch ranked the UK’s No.1 viewing location. 🌑
Here in Mid Wales, around 94% of the Sun is expected to be covered, with the eclipse beginning at around 6:17pm and reaching its maximum shortly after 7:10pm.
And the timing gets even better… 🌠 the Perseid meteor shower also peaks tomorrow night, so once the Sun goes down, there could be plenty more to see in our incredible dark skies.
🏕️ We still have some availability at Elan Oaks, so why not make a last-minute trip of it?
