Were lucky to lve in such a beautiful place. A gorgeous sunny day today and this evening watching a murmuration of starlings from the house and a fabulous sunset sky at boatpool.

Had an early start yesterday with some guests going to trac mon. Still we could watch a superb sunrise while we made breakfast for them.

It's like the mediterranean here this morning only better. Theguests appreciated our fabulous fruit selection - strawberries, blackberries, kiwis etc and they obviously took inspiration from the great views from the breakfast room with 5 avocado toasts with smoked salmon, fish platter, eggs royale and omllettes

This seasons new breakfast of avocado toast is proving really popular. Not surprising it tastes as good as it looks.
