The Garden House has three individual good sized double bedrooms (One can be a Twin).

Garden House is around 200 years old with many beautiful original features as well as a few new ones as well, these include our spectacular Two pence piece entrance hall flooring and a stunning copper bath. All rooms have modern en-suite and tea and coffee making facilities, also digital televisions and hairdryers. We now have a brand new king size bed. Our tastefully decorated and clean rooms mak

Our Story

Welcome to Garden House Bed & Breakfast situated in the beautiful North Yorkshire market town of Masham. Masham is one of the country’s oldest market towns and is a thriving tourist destination. Garden House is perfectly located just off Masham market place on Park Street. Our guests can easily explore the lovely surrounding countryside of the Yorkshire Dales and the many local tourist attractions including two famous breweries, Black Sheep Brewery and Theakston Brewery both in Masham itself.

Myself Jude and my husband Chris are the new owners of Garden House and we have have just given the property a full rerfurbishment. The updates we have chosen have brought Garden House back to life without losing any of its original charm. The accomodation is now modern and fresh and offers 2 spacious guest rooms, one king size and one double, both with modern ensuite bath/shower rooms. Other facilities in the room include a flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi Access, and a hairdryer. We have a lovely private dining room for guests and we offer a real Yorkshire breaksfast choose from our dresser or order a full English. Guests can also enjoy home-made cakes and refreshments in the dining room. We have a large area for secure car parking.

Because we live in such a beautiful area at the gateway to the Dales there is always plenty to see and do. We are perfect for walkers and cyclists (especially as we are right on the route of the Tour De Yorkshire.)

We do have two well behaved children, as well as a lovely little pooch who only has limited access to the house!
