A little reminder that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.

Sometimes, it’s the simplest things that make a difference. Stepping away from busy routines, spending time outdoors, reconnecting with loved ones or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

Breathwork is back at Yurtshire 🌿

As the evenings draw in, we’re welcoming Caroline back to The Hideaway for another 90-minute guided breathwork session.

A little midweek space to switch off from the day, settle into the yurt and spend some time focusing on your breath in the peaceful surroundings of Eavestone Lake.

Whether you’ve joined Caroline before or you’re completely new to breathwork, you’ll be very welcome.
