Lodge of Harmony 298 The Lodge of Harmony 298 in the Province of East Lancashire, promoting Freemasonry in general and in the Rochdale area in particular.

The Lodge of Harmony was named and established in 1793 and met at the Unicorn Inn, Sandy Lane, Royton, Lancashire. In 1794 the lodge moved from Royton to Rochdale, Lancashire, meeting at the Blue Ball, Yorkshire Street. The lodge now meets at the Masonic Temple, Richard Street, Rochdale

The 2025 Provincial Quiz Final held at Bury Masonic Hall on Monday 23rd June.

In a closely contested final with both lodges from the Eastern Area (Rochdale) vying for top spot, accelerated away from the other lodges in the Province of East Lancashire to claim full bragging rights.

Hope 54 led all the way to the final round and were pipped at the very end by the current champions Harmony 298.

Winning by 1 point, Harmony 298 kept hold of the trophy that was won last year.

Harmony paid tribute to our sadly departed brother WBro Mike Royds, who along with Glen made up last years team and managed to wrestle the trophy away from Zion Menorah Lodge 1798.
