Craft Club & Repair Cafe - Tuesday 8th, 6pm

Join us next week for our monthly social craft session! Bring your crochet, knitting, spinning, drawing, making, embroidery or anything crafty. Ruby will be on hand to help and teach newcomers some crochet with spare hooks and yarn if needed too. Luke will also be here to fix your stuff, if it gets through the door and fits on the table then he'll take a look at it.

This coming Sunday (6th Sept) is our free entry day at our cider festival at Broome Farm!

We'll have our seasonal Autumn craft market down there featuring a bunch of great stallholders from 11am-4pm. There will also be line dancing and morris dancing for you to get involved with then some live music in the afternoon until 5pm. Our cider bar will be open and there will be some great food available from some yummy vendors. We'll also have a talk with Mike, Albert and Cindy about the history of Broome Farm in the afternoon.

There is limited parking on Broome Farm so if you are able please park here at the Yew Tree and take the short walk through our orchards to get there. All are welcome!

Yew Tree Presents - Nature Needs Darkness to Thrive (and so do we) by Yolande Watson

Join us for our next talk on Wednesday 2nd September, hosted by Yolande Watson, founder of the internationally award winning project Dark Skies Herefordshire.

Yolande Watson and her dedicated group of volunteers work in close partnership with Visit Herefordshire, Herefordshire Wildlife Trust, and the Wye Adapt to Climate Change Project to protect and promote Herefordshire’s dark skies, while raising awareness about the harmful effects of light pollution.

September's events calendar!

We've got a whole bunch of great stuff going on here over the next month including the return of our talk series on Wednesday 2nd, our open mic on Sunday 13th and our blues afternoon on Sunday 20th.

We have food pop ups on Fri 11th from Viking Fries and Saturday 12th from Khunmae Thai Kitchen. Every other Thursday, Friday and Saturday we will have our resident pizza legends Firebird Kitchen who will be serving the best woodfired pizzas nearby. get in touch to book a table now!

On Wednesday the 2nd at 7pm we'll be joined by Yolande Watson who founded the international, award winning project Dark Skies Herefordshire.

Starry skies are one of the most magical sights Herefordshire can offer, but light pollution can ruin not only our enjoyment of it but the natural patterns of wildlife.

Food Pop Ups - August 28th and 29th

Just a head's up this weekend Firebird Kitchen will only be serving on Thursday 27th, but are away on Friday and Saturday.

Friday 28th, 5pm - 8pm, we have The Phatt Raccoon serving wood-fired flatbreads with delicious loaded toppings.

Saturday 29th, 5pm - 8pm, Bite Society are serving mouthwatering Mexican food like tacos and loaded nachos.
