We’ll be sharing some of your wonderful responses and celebrating the places, people and little things that make Ross so special.

We hope these posts might inspire someone who has never visited our town to come and discover it for themselves, or perhaps encourage someone who hasn’t been here for a while to return and see what’s waiting to be rediscovered.

From its historic charm and independent businesses to its beautiful countryside, stunning views and wonderful community, there’s something rather special about our little corner of Herefordshire.

New opening times at The Moody Cow

These are the Moody Cow's new opening times

Wednesday to Saturday 12=4pm (last food orders 3pm) and 5-9pm (last food orders 8pm)
Sunday 12-6pm (last food orders 4pm)
The pub is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

It's been lovely to see our new lunchtime Light Bites menu proving so popular in its first week!

This is our chicken thigh & chorizo salad, with heritage tomatoes, olives, mixed leaves and vinaigrette. Perfect for when you fancy something a little lighter.

Maybe with a cheeky glass of Sauvignon Blanc too 👀🍷

The countdown is on! 🥂

We've been working incredibly hard over the last week to get everything ready for our reopening on Saturday, and it's starting to feel very real.

Here's Lee pouring the very first glasses of wine from behind the bar! 🍷

There are still a few finishing touches to complete over the next few days, but we can't wait to welcome everyone through the doors this weekend.
