Thatch Close Cottages are a collection of 3 beautiful dog-friendly holiday cottages in the Wye Valley, close to Symonds Yat and the Forest of Dean.

Did you know our 3 holiday cottages all have enclosed gardens and they're all dog-friendly. Set in 12 acres of gorgeous countryside with walks straight from the door there's plenty to explore here. If you've stayed before, what's your favourite walk? 🥾🐾

Thank you so much for your 5* review Ann and Mike! We always leave a welcome tray of refreshments for guests to enjoy when they get here. It's so handy the that The Royal Arms Llangrove is in walking distance (and is dog-friendly) too!

So yesterday we mentioned Sunset Patio. This is such a fantastic addition to Thatch Close Cottages. Just look at those views!

We've been a bit quiet on here lately. But we've been busy behind the scenes. Including adding this wood-fired traditional pizza oven. It's on the new Sunset Patio, a gorgeous shared area where you can sit and take in the views as you enjoy a bit of al fresco dining. You might have to wrap up a bit now though!

Did you know our three beautiful holiday cottages all have an enclosed garden and are all dog-friendly? You can simply step outside the door to start exploring. We're set in 12 acres of tranquil countryside that we've been busy rewilding for over 30 years. If you've stayed here before, what was your favourite walk?

One cottage is wheelchair accessible .
