We've had a fantastic Summer season so far, and we're so grateful for all of our lovely guests! ☀️
We're busy right through into September, but we still have a handful of September dates available.

Today we enjoyed another fantastic afternoon on !

I highly recommend this one hour trip around Coquet Island- it's great for spotting wildlife with seals bobbing in and out of the water and seabirds flying close by.

This boat trip limits it's passenger total to 12-14 so there's plenty of space on the boat, with seating for all. The seating is under cover so it's no problem if there's a shower!

The kids particularly enjoyed having a close look at the lobsters and crabs from the pot 🦞🦀

We currently have availability for bookings for the following show dates-
-Whittingham Show- 15th August
-Falstone Show- 22nd August
-Elsdon Show- 31st August
-Harbottle Show- 5th September
-Ingram Show- 12th September
-Thropton Show- 19th September
-Alwinton Show- 10th October (my favourite show!)

This is our last remaining availability for Valley View Cottage for the school Summer holidays!

Valley View Cottage has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people- bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 can be made up as superking or twins for greater flexibility.

With two bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area, Valley View is perfect for two families, a bigger family or a group of friends!

If you are a fan of country shows, these dates fall on the Whittingham Show weekend (15th August).

Beech Cottage is usually fully booked for the Summer holidays but this year we have a two week block of dates available from 14th-28th August. This can be split into midweek breaks (4 nights), weekend breaks (3 nights) or full weeks.
We also have super last minute availability for this weekend- 7th- 10th August.

Beech Cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. Bedroom two can be made up as superking or twin.

Cragside National trust -5 minute drive
Riverside playpark- 10 minute walk
Rothbury high street with restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and takeaways- 15 minute walk
