If you’ve visited Fretwell Health & Beauty at Hellaby Hall, there’s a good chance you’ll recognise this lovely face… 💆‍♀️🤍

Meet Vanessa, our Spa Manager! 👋

Vanessa has been part of the Fretwell family for an amazing 7 years, starting her journey with us as a Spa Therapist before progressing into her current role as Spa Manager. 🌿

And although she’s now busy looking after our wonderful spa team, she hasn’t put down the massage oils just yet! 😉 Vanessa still loves being hands-on as a therapist and remains loyal to her lovely regular clients who have been with her along the way. 💕

Her years of experience mean Vanessa knows exactly what goes into delivering not only an amazing treatment, but also the warm, personal and exceptional customer care we want every guest to experience.

Behind the scenes, she’s a supportive, approachable leader whose dedication, knowledge and natural leadership have helped her progress from Spa Therapist ➡️ Spa Manager. 👏
