Another busy day at CamperVinn, and today we’ve been deep into carpeting and finishing work 🔧✨
This is one of those stages that separates a “quick job” from a proper, high-quality build. Every cut, every corner, every panel has to be spot-on — no gaps, no loose edges, no rough finishes.

Insulation done the way it should be 🔧✨
We use only high-quality materials and carry out a full 3-Stage Insulation system: Sound Deadening, Thermal Foam, and Eco Insulation — all installed properly, with no shortcuts.

Most people rush this stage or pack it in randomly… but this is the foundation of the entire van. Get it wrong, and you’ll feel it (and hear it) forever.
Get it right, and the van becomes quieter, warmer, stronger, and way more comfortable.

We take our time, prep every panel, and make sure the whole van is insulated evenly, cleanly, and professionally. No gaps, no loose panels, no corner cutting — just solid, reliable craftsmanship from the inside out.

Another build wrapped up — our SWB Vauxhall Vivaro is officially complete and ready for the road 🚐🔥

This van has pretty much everything packed into a compact setup:

Big step in the build today 🔧🔥
We’re cutting into this van to install brand new windows, and this is one of those moments where precision matters more than anything.

Anyone can slap a window in… but getting the cut perfect, the frame aligned, the seal airtight, and the finish clean?
That’s where most conversions fall apart — literally.

We take our time, measure properly, prep the panels, and make sure the fit is spot on. No rough edges, no leaks, no rattles, no regrets.
