Our Employee of the Month for August (sorry we're a little behind!) is Keira! 👏

Over the past few months, Keira has made incredible progress in both her skills and confidence. Most recently, she stepped outside her comfort zone to help with the grounds at our new hotel in Coventry, taking on tasks and responsibilities she had never tackled before.

Her willingness to learn, determination to get stuck in and positive attitude have really stood out.
