I'm thrilled to announce another date for my Release, Recharge, and Reset Retreat, once again hosted at the beautiful Hidden Gem!

Join us from Wednesday 30th July – Friday 1st August 2025 for another special opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, relaxation, and wellbeing.

This intimate retreat is designed for just six guests — perfect for couples, friends, or family members. With such a small group, the experience is personalised and tailored to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Our itinerary includes:

Facial Yoga & Massage with Soulistic Therapy

Yoga & Soundscape Meditation with Tracey Edwards from Red Ox (Fitness & Events)

Plenty of time for long walks, reading, and relaxing in the stunning Essex countryside.

The retreat is yours to enjoy at your own pace — you can take part in as much or as little as you like!

You’ll also have the chance to book bespoke treatments and take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Evenings can be spent relaxing by the log burner, playing games, or making the most of the star-gazing bed, hot tub, and fire pit under the stars.

What's Included:
• All meals (excluding Friday night dinner)
• Two nights of luxury accommodation at Hidden Gem Glamping (price based on two people sharing)
• Guided Facial Yoga and Facial Massage
• Yoga sessions
• Soundscape Crystal Bowl Meditation
• Access to hot tub, star-gazing bed, and fire pit

What's Not Included:
• Dinner on Friday night
• Drinks and snacks
• Additional holistic therapies & treatments

A non-refundable deposit of £300 per pod (£150 per person) secures your spot.

The total cost for the weekend is £600 per pod (£300 per person).

Final balances are due by 1st June 2025. (Please note: all pods have double beds — there are no twin options.)
