We are perfectly located within easy reach of fabulous coastline, pubs, restaurants and more. Apt. One Trearren is a three bedroom/three bathroom apartment tucked away in a quiet part of Churchtown in the heart of St Agnes, in the middle of a UNESCO world heritage site. The apt is beautifully furnished, well equipped and has private parking for two cars. We are perfectly located for accessing the stunning pubs, bars and restaurants that are located just a few steps away. We are also a short walk from the St Agnes Beacon, North Cornish coast path and Trevaunance beach. Chapel Porth beach with it's famous cliff top tin mine is a mere five minute drive. Thought we'd share the latest feedback we've received..😊
'We have stayed at many different places around St Agnes over the years, but we absolutely loved our week at this gem of a place.

The location is excellent, just off the main high street, making it really convenient for enjoying everything St Agnes has to offer. There is dedicated parking for two cars and a lovely large garden, which was a real bonus.

Inside, the house is spacious, clean and beautifully comfortable, with super-comfy beds, wooden floors throughout, a separate kitchen and a lovely open-plan dining area. There was plenty of room for us to relax and everything felt very homely.

A particularly lovely personal touch was being contacted directly by Nick. He was incredibly helpful and happy to recommend places to eat, which made our stay feel even more special.

We have stayed in St Agnes many times, and this is definitely one of our favourite places. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and well-located stay'.
