Between 12 and 3, Nicole’s desk is the busiest place in the building — rooms, spa, dining, all moving at once. Seven and a half years in, she says it’s also when you see the whole team working as one.

She started as a reservations agent. She’s now Reservations Manager, having worked through every step in between.
