IT IS WITH A VERY HEAVY HEART THAT I HAVE TO ANOUNCE THAT WE HAVE BEEN FORCED INTO A POSITION WHERE WE HAVE HAD TO SELL OUR LOVELY CARAVANS.
SUN VALLEY HOLIDAY PARK WAS BOUGHT OUT AND MANAGED "I USE THAT TERM VERY LOOSELY" BY A COMPANY CALLED LT MANAGEMENT JUST OVER 2 YEARS AGO AND EVERYTHING ON THIS ONCE LOVELY PEACEFUL SITE HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE THEN.
ALL FACILITIES NOW SHUT DOWN AND LAST WEEK WE RECEIVED NOTICE TO REMOVE BOTH VANS BY THE END OF DECEMBER SO THAT THEY COULD COMMENCE REDEVELOPMENT WORKS
WE HAD A LICENCE UNTIL 2044 WHICH THEY HAVE JUST RESCINDED!
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF "INVESTING" IN A STATIC CARAVAN ON A HOLIDAY PARK, DONT!
