On 15th & 16th August we're holding Comic & Movie Fest Cornwall – Mayhem at the Manor at Enys Gardens, Penryn. It's a fun-filled family weekend with cosplay, movie and comic characters, live entertainment, traders, activities and much more, with 100% of the funds raised going directly to support children and families in Cornwall.

We imagine many of your guests may be looking for local attractions and family days out during their stay; we wondered if you would be willing to help us by promoting the event. If possible, we'd be incredibly grateful if you could:

Display one of our posters on your noticeboard or reception desk.

Mention it in your guest information or welcome pack, if appropriate.

⚓ The "Historic Coast & Valley" Day
Morning:
Explore the hidden industrial ruins and rushing rivers of Tregargus Valley right next to St Stephen.
Afternoon:
Drive down to Charlestown Harbour to view the historic tall ships and enjoy lunch overlooking the sea.
Evening:
Take a coastal walk out to the Black Head headland for panoramic views of St Austell Bay.

The "Hidden Gardens & Local Brews" Day
Morning:
Spend a few hours getting lost in the massive, ancient grounds of The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Afternoon:
Head into town for a visitor tour and a fresh pint at the historic St Austell Brewery.
Evening:
Relax at Porthpean Beach to watch the sunset over the water.

Ideas for days out.

🌿 The "Ultimate Eco & Wildlife" Day:
Morning: Start early at the Eden Project to walk the massive rainforest biomes before the midday heat.
Afternoon:
Head north to the Screech Owl Sanctuary on Goss Moor to catch their 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM flying displays.
Evening:
Take a peaceful walk or cycle along the Goss Moor Multi-Use Trail as the evening birdlife comes out.

We spent a couple of days at site, from the moment we arrived couldn’t have been happier lovely good size pitch’s great views
And facilities spotless & excellent

Fantastic location, really clean, fantastic clean and hot showers and really quiet. Very close to Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as the lovely harbour towns of Mevagissey, Fowey and only a 30 min drive from Padstow which makes it a great base.

We stayed here a week and could get to everywhere we wanted to - great garden walks, fantastic beaches and pubs / restaurants all nearby.

Would definitely book here again - highly recommend
