Originally, Rose set out to leave Surrey behind and fulfil her dream of owning a cottage by the coast. Little did she know that not only would that dream become a reality, but she would also discover a place that feels like home and build a rewarding career with The Carlyon Bay Hotel.

During her time with us, Rose has shown great ambition across multiple departments, with a real passion for supporting weddings and managing our social media, helping to showcase the hotel as the magical place it is.

With the support and mentorship of Ali and Marta, Rose has continued to grow and develop, and we’re so proud of everything she has achieved.
