We are dedicated to promoting sustainable fishing in Cornwall and buy of the local market and direct from the fishermen to retain our reputation as good quality and value for money. We have 9 vans which of we send out every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening so our fish is ready for you in the morning before service! Also we use a courier service this enables us to send fish out overnight with the correct temperature to arrive with you before 10 am in the morning (anywhere in the country!)
