Cosy by name, cosy by nature, the cottage is over 200 years old, and provides all the warmth and comforts of an old cottage with the ease of modern conveniences. It accommodates 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. Lounge / kitchen Electric cooker, fridge, microwave, TV with freeview, and video player. Wardrobe, cupboard. Bedroom 2 Bunk beds, large wardrobe
Bathroom well appointed complete with a

modern bathroom suite, electric shaver point, heated towel rail. All electricity is included in the prices quoted. Sorry no pets and no smoking. The cottage is heated by a night storage heater, and a traditional coal fire. A well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, stools, duvets, and bed linen are provided. You should bring your own towels and tea towels etc, . Also a cot is available.

We are not taking any bookings this year as we have let the cottage for the whole summer :)

We have had some very interesting guest in the cottage this year, and what a good year for the garden, full of flowers, some we have not seen for years. Thats the nice thing living in Cornwall we have tropical plants in the garden. :)

Due to this years weather flowers have gone mad and some have come up we have not see for years, I am no help Jean works...

Last 2 people in the cottage, say they like an open fire, now time to see what needs doing for next year, thinking- just thinking of taking up all the old paths and laying bricks, it would look much nicer, have to look into the piggy bank and see what is left ?? :)

Like to thank all our Guest this summer we have only one more to go and we can then batten down the hatches ready for the winter and a nice holiday for Jean and Me, off to the sun some were :)

The year started slow with bookings we did have one last year which was good, and now it has picked up and the cottage is quite full, but we have one week 13th to 20th July empty know anyone who will give us £400 for it ???? We have one booking in June from Australia, one from France and one from Germany, it's good this internet. It's a lovely cottage in Royal St Erth !!!!

It is now Royal St Erth, as the queen came today, to St Erth station and caught the train to St Ives, and said it is only £8 but one has no money!! then on to St Michael's mount it will be interesting to see if she climbs to the top ????
