After a winter that truly tested our little coastal town, we’re feeling especially grateful for the quiet promise of spring. The storms battered the shoreline and rattled our windows, but as always, this place — and the community around it — remains strong, beautiful, and full of heart.
Tomorrow brings a full lunar eclipse, and the mid-March Full Moon has long been a turning point in the seasonal calendar — that moment when winter finally begins to loosen its grip and the first gentle signs of spring return. We can feel it in the air already: lighter mornings, longer evenings, and the sense that something new is about to begin.
Here at the guesthouse, that renewal is in full swing. Our wonderful team members Eloise and Virginija have been working with so much care and dedication — clearing the cobwebs, freshening the paint, and helping us prepare every corner for the months ahead. The façade is getting a new coat of paint and new awnings, all to ensure the house feels bright, welcoming, and uplifting — just as it should. Creating a sense of consistency and quality for our guests has been at the heart of what we do from day one.
And now, we’re so happy to share that we will be reopening on Friday 3rd of April — Easter Friday.
We’re looking forward to a beautiful season ahead, to welcoming back familiar faces who feel like friends, and to meeting new guests who will become part of the story of this house.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to open the doors again.
With love and gratitude
