May 2024 - A tired 60’s dormer bungalow AirBnB business purchased (thanks to Robert Sprake, Excello Law)

September 2024 - planning obtained for massive renovation and small extension. Chris Strike of R A Design more than fulfilling the brief of delivering “WOW!” factor

December 2024 - demolition and construction work commenced with the fantastic Wez Curnow of Curnow Construction.

August 2025 - Mor Glas launched as luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath holiday home with Cornish Escapes !
