th kingsize bed, 1 bunk room with 3' twin beds and two small upper level bunks 2'6", family bathroom and utility area are on the lower ground floor. The open plan living and kitchen/dining area on the first floor with double sliding doors opening onto a decked balcony and spectacular views of the Estuary. The top floor has the main bedroom, with en-suite shower room, and more fabulous views. Courtyard garden, with barbecue, table and chairs, and direct access to Victoria Quay. Friday Changeover (flexible out of season)
