We’re in the unusual position of having availability at the cottage in August! This really is an incredibly rare opportunity to stay during the school summer holidays.

Apart from its stunning waterfront location, we’re able to provide guests a designated parking space and a pontoon berth (by arrangement). These two things alone add to creating an stress-free, enjoyable break!

Spring is a wonderful time to visit Salcombe, when the town begins to wake up for the season ahead. Each time of year brings its own atmosphere, but spring has a special charm - fresh sea air, fewer visitors, and the perfect conditions for long coastal walks followed by cosy evenings in.

Here’s a summary of our current availability at the cottage for 2026…

We have dates during the rest of January as well as in February and between 16th and 23rd March. We can offer short breaks at this time of year as well as longer holidays .

From April onwards we generally only offer holidays for a week or more and to-date have two available weeks - commencing 10th and 24th April. We are then fully booked until 31st July when we have 3 weeks available. There is also some availability in September and October.

Absolutely beautiful early morning photos taken by our neighbour and friend on Victoria Quay.

The first is of the lifeboat crew preparing to go on an exercise and the second is of the cottages on Victoria Quay with number 9 at the far end. It really is a magical place.
