Our cottage on Victoria Quay is perfectly positioned in the heart of Salcombe, with beautiful views across the estuary and just a short stroll from the town’s shops, restaurants and pubs.

The property also includes a private parking space, with a berth on the Victoria Quay pontoon available by arrangement.

Whilst we’re fully booked until November 2026, we still have some availability throughout the autumn, winter, spring and summer next year.

We’re in the unusual position of having availability at the cottage in August! This really is an incredibly rare opportunity to stay during the school summer holidays.

Apart from its stunning waterfront location, we’re able to provide guests a designated parking space and a pontoon berth (by arrangement). These two things alone add to creating an stress-free, enjoyable break!
