We recently hosted our Long Service Awards, a special occasion dedicated to recognising the incredible team members who have been part of our Lowry family for 3, 5, 7, 10 and even 21+ years!

An opportunity to come together, celebrate their dedication, share memories and say a heartfelt thank you for the years of hard work, passion and commitment.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team we have built over the years.

Walking together for a wonderful cause! 💚🚶‍♀️

Over the weekend, members of The Lowry Hotel team laced up their walking shoes and took part in the 2026 Walk for Wellbeing in support of Hospitality Action!

A fantastic day spent coming together, getting outdoors and raising awareness for an incredible charity that provides vital support to those working in the hospitality industry.

We’re so proud of our team for getting involved and helping to make a difference! 💚

We are proud to be partnering with to host part of their Honouring Our Communities Art Trail in The Lowry Hotel reception.

Showcasing the work of talented Black artists from across Greater Manchester, this inspiring exhibition celebrates the people, places and stories that shape our identities, honour our heritage and bring our communities together.

Taking art beyond traditional gallery spaces and into the heart of Manchester, each piece offers a unique perspective on belonging, connection and the power of community.

A moment to pause, reconnect and unwind 🤍

In recognition of World Menopause Day, join us at The Lowry Hotel for a complimentary Menopause Yoga & Relaxation Session, thoughtfully designed to support your body and mind through the changes of perimenopause and menopause.

Slow down with gentle movement to encourage circulation, ease tension and support your wellbeing, whilst exploring calming breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of balance.

The session will conclude with a moment of deep relaxation, followed by soothing camomile tea and the opportunity to connect, share experiences and chat with others.

Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

At The Lowry Hotel, we’re proud to support the nationwide launch of Walk for Wellbeing - an initiative dedicated to protecting our own wellbeing, supporting others and bringing the hospitality community together.

A huge good luck to everyone taking part today, whether you’re joining a hosted walk or taking part in Walk It Your Way in your own location 👟

Every step helps raise vital funds for Hospitality Action, providing life-changing financial and emotional support to hospitality professionals and their families facing challenging times, from mental health struggles and sudden hardship to illness, homelessness and addiction.

By getting involved, we can help ensure that no one in hospitality has to face life’s toughest moments alone.

And there’s still time to get involved! Walk for Wellbeing is taking place across the UK until Sunday 25th October, with the option to join a hosted walk or take part in your own way.
