Now in its seventh year, Walk for Wellbeing generates vital funds for , prioritising your health, all while supporting the industry and the people who make it so special.
This year focusing on the importance of reconnection, support and community as a positive wellbeing tool, it’s time to dust off your walking shoes, and get involved in your nearest walk, or participate any time between Saturday 10th October (World Mental Health Day) – Sunday 25th October and ‘Walk It Your Way’ from any location.
