The Pembroke Arms in Wilton is an 18th Century inn and sits prominently opposite Wilton House. Although you can find cosy nooks in our indoor bar and restaurant year round, our outdoor dining spaces adapt with seasons. In winter, our heated stretch tent becomes a buzzy hub for eating and drinking and in the summer, the garden is transformed into a festival-esque dining space, with an outdoor Garde

n Kitchen and Tap Room on weekends. In the kitchen, we like to keep things simple and serve a range of freshly prepared and locally-sourced dishes. Our pies are made in our Pie Room by our very own Gino – Head Chef for 20 years, he’s really got the pie thing nailed down. They’re hearty, shortcrust pies; served with mash, gravy and mushy peas. We always have a vegetarian (sometimes vegan) option available too, with accompaniments often catering for gluten free and vegan dietary requirements. The pub is the perfect pit stop if you’re visiting one of the many local sites, but with nine eclectic bedrooms, each giving a nod to the pub’s heritage, you could make the trip just to put your feet up, enjoy the atmosphere, and roll to bed after one too many downstairs.

It was brilliant hearing the community speak so passionately about something they all love. Since the show, our very own Tommy has even been spotted on eBay hunting down a few bits and pieces to get himself out on the river. X
