- Serving drinks, taking food orders, assisting other staff.
- Keeping the bar clean, tidy and stocked
- Providing excellent customer service to locals, visitors and guests.
- Evening and weekend work essential

The Old Railway Hotel is looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our team and work alongside our current chef, with the opportunity to take full control of the kitchen in the future.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a busy pub kitchen
Strong knowledge of traditional pub food and Sunday roasts
Ability to maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Good organisational and kitchen management skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
