Beautifully located close to both the beach and the town, making it the perfect spot to relax and explore Saltburn. The apartment was lovely, modern and finished to a very high standard throughout. The surprise welcome pack with fresh scones on arrival was a really thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.

Really enjoyable stay in a clean and comfortable home, perfectly located close to all local amenities. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax throughout the stay. Truly felt like a home away from home.

The property was lovely, clean and very comfortable, with everything you could need for a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also ideal, with everything we needed within a short walking distance.

The staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions, which made the whole experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay at **Black Pearl**. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The property was clean, cosy and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washer dryer available was a real bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

"A superb property very close to the coast. A lovely modern apartment on the top floor of the building. The facilities were brilliant, and allowed me to relax whilst working locally and within the apartment overnight. The Wi-Fi was fast and allowed seamless connectivity for all my devices. The property was also well equipped and had virtually anything I needed, and I will certainly be back as I carry out more work in the local area in the New Year."
