Climb your own staircase up to a galleried landing and you'll find Imogen waiting - soaring double height ceilings, original windows framing the yard below. The en-suite has both a shower and free-standing bath, because sometimes only a soak will do 🛀, plus bespoke hanging space and room to tuck those suitcases away. 👗🧖‍♀️

Taking you upstairs for the third room in our Brick Barn tour! This one is all about airy elegance, featuring dramatic vaulted ceilings and a seriously spacious super-king bed.
Howgate comes with a full en-suite boasting both a stand-alone shower and huge tub for the ultimate holiday soak. But the real showstopper? Those lovely, uninterrupted views looking out over the rolling fields 🪟 The perfect backdrop for a peaceful morning coffees in bed.

Little glimpse of the cultivated 'Coxes' bedroom. Found along the 'chicken run' area of the Brick Barn, next to Bramley. It has a gorgeous bare brick en-suite with walk-in shower, direct access into the walled garden and all overlooked by this gorgeous little triptic from . It might be one of the smallest rooms on site, but it's definitely one of my faves 😍
