An important note to all my past guests, or should I say friends; I will be removing my listing from the Airbnb platform at the end of this month.

Airbnb has been fantastic for me and I am using it regularly for travelling and will continue to do so.

I will be retaining my license and insurance for a wee while anyway (or perhaps longer!) so if you fancy a relaxing trip and another stay at our place, please get in touch. We may be off travelling but also we may be at home and can accommodate you. Just get in touch and I’ll get straight back to you. It would be fantastic to see you again.

I’m also hoping to start a Tour Guiding course in September so if you’re up here we may bump into each other!

Mousa Broch in Shetland is the best-preserved Iron Age broch in existence, and you can step right inside it. It stands on the uninhabited isle of Mousa, where a circular walking trail takes you past Bronze Age burial mounds, a ruined Norse mill, and remains of crofting life, all set against beautiful coastal views.
