Ian, owner and chef, has held a Michelin Star for many years in his previous restaurants so you can imagine that the food here at Blackaddie Country House Hotel is going to be some of the best to be found in Scotland. een awarded Dinner Quality Award at the Scottish Hotel Awards, Ian also received a Gold Medal Award for Excellence at the same awards, other award include 5 Stars Exceptional from Food Review Scotland, Gold Plate Status from Hotel Review Scotland a a Silver Award from Eat Scotland - they are now the highest Visit Scotland rated hotel restaurant in the Southwest of Scotland. Our menu changes daily and we use only fresh products with all dishes being made in our own kitchens. We feature wherever possible locally sourced Scottish ingredients and only the very best will do.
