When you’re already ahead of the game, sometimes you push even harder. That’s why, at 2:00am on a Monday morning, we were back in the office cooling off the systems after a phenomenal weekend performance.

We achieved an incredible 104% occupancy, a figure we’ve never hit since our incorporation. How is that even possible? Thanks to our relentless drive across both paid and owned channels, the launch of new properties, and the surging demand for high-end stays at this time of year, we experienced multiple bookings landing on the very same properties within the same second!

Rather than turning guests away, we acted immediately, redirecting these additional bookings to trusted fellow property management companies with availability. The result? A win-win all round, with delighted guests and strengthened partnerships.

Due to our continued growth and recent expansion within the Stay Group (Stay Pembrokeshire & Stay Gower), we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Office Management Team based at our head office in the heart of Saundersfoot Harbour.

From our office, we proudly communicate with over 80,000 guests each year over nearly 400 beautiful properties throughout Wales. We are now seeking another exceptional individual to help us deliver outstanding service and support our operations.

About the Role
As part of our office management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our guest services and property management operations. This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

Key Skills & Attributes
We are looking for a candidate who is:

• ✅ A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• ✅ Able to manage a varied workload efficiently while multitasking effectively
• ✅ Enthusiastic about working in a hardworking yet rewarding office environment
• ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with using MacBooks, is preferred but not essential
• ✅ Strong in both written and verbal communication
• ✅ Confident under pressure and able to handle challenging situations calmly
• ✅ In possession of a full UK driving licence
